It was actually very simple. Pick a time limit, say 1 or 2 hours, set a timer, then write and fast as you can until that time is up.
You should know your plot to a certain degree for this to work. No distractions. When the time is up, rest for 30 minutes. Do something fun. Forget about what you’d just written. Then repeat the same thing after the thirty minutes are up. He does this three to four times in a day. 2 hours burst each time. It’s insane but it works. Basically, the hyper focus makes you think fast. Treat each session like a game.
I love this country too much to allow any unfounded slander to fly. Besides, when Nigerian stories become as good as they ought to be, we will all benefit.
It's how you've taken time to highlight the things wrong with the Nigerian literary world and have highlighted the necessary needs and solutions to curb the problem.

I'm sipping my village Garri and extra sweet coconut as I read this phenomenal piece. What better way to spend a lazy, hot afternoon than this?
This is the best / most authentic blog post I've read all year. You need to share your mind’s recipe because what is this finesse?!
